Privacy, in plain English.
We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted any time.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email, company, role, and your answers to the eligibility questions (company status, size, tools, years of records, region, and who can authorize).
- A partner code if you arrived through a partner's link, so we know who introduced you.
We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. We never ask for, and you should never send us, your company's actual data.
Why we use it
- To tell you whether your company is likely to qualify, and to follow up about it.
- To help you through a licensing program's onboarding if you choose to proceed.
We'll email you about your inquiry only. No newsletters, and we won't add you to any list.
Who we share it with
- Netlify, which hosts this site and stores form submissions for us.
- A licensing program such as micro1, only if you ask us to introduce you. When you register with a program yourself, you share information with them directly under their own privacy policy.
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
What's stored on your device
If you arrive through a partner's link, your browser remembers that partner's code locally so the introduction is credited correctly. It isn't a tracking cookie and isn't shared with anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How long we keep it
As long as we're actively talking with you about your inquiry, and up to 24 months after that, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we extend them to everyone. Reply to any email from us, or use the contact form, and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
